1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MyWork ("the Service"), operated by Stack Finance LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyWork is an AI-powered software development platform that provides:

  • AI-assisted code generation and development tools
  • Project management and deployment capabilities
  • A marketplace for buying and selling development modules, templates, and tools
  • Code quality auditing (GSD audits)
  • Team collaboration features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

MyWork offers Free, Pro (EUR 16/month), and Team (EUR 41/month) subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Free Plan: 3 projects, 100 AI credits/month, community support
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited projects, 5,000 AI credits/month, priority support, custom domains, marketplace seller access
  • Team Plan: Everything in Pro, 20,000 AI credits/month, team collaboration, SSO, SLA guarantee

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support@mywork.dev within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Marketplace

The MyWork Marketplace allows users to buy and sell software modules, templates, and tools. Sellers receive 90% of each sale; MyWork retains a 10% platform fee. All marketplace transactions are processed through Stripe. Sellers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their listed modules.

7. AI Credits & Usage

AI credits are consumed when using AI-powered features such as code generation, auto-coding, and GSD audits. Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit consumption varies by task complexity.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate malicious code or malware; violate any laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights; distribute spam or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

9. Intellectual Property

Code and projects you create using MyWork belong to you. MyWork platform code, branding, and proprietary AI models remain the property of Stack Finance LLC. Marketplace modules are licensed according to their individual license terms as specified by the seller.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Stack Finance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
